We operate the Element Dallas Las Colinas who employed this company to install / service our property. They intentionally avoid calls / falsely advertise being closed on google and refuse to service their equipment. Our hotel is a 12 story property based in Las Colinas area that deals with high profile clientele. Needless to say our reputation has taken a severe hit due to hvac / ac issues that Iceberg mechanical refuses to properly maintain.
