Jorge is an incredible asset to this company! He arrived on time and got to work immediately to try to figure out my problem. He worked through many different angles, however. In the end, the new thermostat I purchased was defective, and had to have the old one reinstalled. He is gracious, kind, and amicable. I was very pleased with his service as well as his personality. I will choose him again in the future.
Less then 1. "They promised to be at my house yesterday between 8-10 PM." "No call no show. I called them @ 9:50 pm and was directed to a " complaint department!" No! That's absolutely not dependable nor Reputable!" They only had to address a copper water fixture so Lowes could haul away my old refrigerator and install my new one. I lost most all my meat & refrigerator items. Since prices continue to rise it WILL cost me over a thousand dollars. Was having issues with sweating air ducts on a rental. It came on suddenly and needed to be addressed immediately. Iceberg sent guys up in the attic, the treated the tenants fairly, discovered the issue and solved the problem. Top tier service.
