we had a problem, they probably should have solved it faster, but alls well that ends well. they didnt give up and finally figured it out. they were fair about compromising on charges and apologized for the time they took. thats classy!

To start... My tech Chris was great, he went over every option to get my leak solved. The problem I had was the cost of the leak detection.... as a company whose sole purpose is to help in home services, it should have been cheaper. It was the part that turned me away from using this company for any fixings.(Prices too high)
