We are so very grateful to the many patrons who have made Iceberg Drive Inn a part of their family traditions and one of their favorite places to visit throughout the year, especially those warmer months when we can all use an over the top Thick Shake. Asked for cheese fries, charges for chili cheese fries. Asked for no tomato no onion, got tomato and onion, didn’t even get the cheese fries and had to go back. The fries tasted like old grease and were extremely fishy tasting. Gross!! Didn’t get my coke and had to knock on the window to get it. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you value good food and good service.

i love it!!!! Their shakes are awesome one milkshake I’ll keep you going all day because their mile high the service is wonderful the people are friendly that work there I love the corn dogs I love the drive-through when I’m busy at work when I can come inside and just kick back or you outside on the patio it’s a great atmosphere

Worst experience with any fast food!!!! First they try charging me for food I didnt order, then they messed up my PLAIN hamburger! I have to go stand in another line waiting 10 min while my $6 shake melts and fries get cold befor anyone even asks me what I need. I hand him my messed up burger and 5 min later he hands it back. I get home to discover they reused my burger just "washed off" the veggies. There is still ketchup and pickle remains on my burger. I will NEVER come here again
Love this place. Wish I could make it more often. Sandy and Mercedes were awesome. As we're all the other employees there. The fries, the onion rings and the shakes were awesome
40+ minutes in the drive thru for a!=$&#;;+/#!*$_=#&=/?/ malt????????? And then we're asked to pull forward and wait while we see the people behind us get a larger order at the window while we are still waiting for a single item? This company has a monopoly and so literally doesn't care about a negative review or the customer at all. This is not the first poor experience I've had, but again, they don't care about those who spend their hard earned money to keep them in business.
