While I appreciate receiving an apology from the clinic, my experience was still disappointing. I was not informed in advance about a £45 charge for an OPG (large X-ray), which should have been clearly communicated before the appointment. Being presented with unexpected costs is unprofessional and puts patients in an uncomfortable position. Today I had my first appointment at this clinic, although I was very scared, Dr. Anca is wonderful, she spoke to me so nicely and explained every step she was taking in such a way that it made me feel comfortable and relieved my fear! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful!
Took me ages to find a dental practice that accepted NHS patients, finally found Ice White Dental and the dentist I was assigned was lovely. They made me feel at ease, came up with a plan to help me, I was confident. However, they are open 9-5 Mon to Fri and I work 8-5 Mon to Fri, so trying to get an appointment that fits around my work is impossible.
