I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had a dental bridge installed that broke after only 5 months. When I returned, they replaced it, but it broke again after just 1.5 years — non-conveniently, the warranty was only 1 year. This raises serious concerns about the quality of their work and materials. I also booked two separate appointments for scaling, but both times they mistakenly scheduled me for a check-up instead. Very good service , helpful front desk workers ( Niamh and Maddie ) hygienic service and helpful staff with great customer service.
They just took me off their books with no notification, the dentist is something I’ve had to put off due to financial reasons, now that I’m able I can’t because I left it to long, I really would have liked to have been notified before this happened. The real insult is that I can go back on the books if I go private, what a joke
