Tech support is almost non existent. If they called you back - you would be lucky. If they had meaningful or experienced guidance or data about their own products that they brought to market that would be another story. With products like these, that "support" team is a department that would need to shine. Unfortunately I do not see this brand being a key market player. My opinion with such dealings leads me to the conclusion - I would not recommend, nor would I waste my own money with this company.
