ICE Western is the leader in providing high quality specilized HVAC equipment. I've personally installed many commercial and industrial systems over the years and im always amazed at the amount of design flexibility the teams has. The build quality is second to none and the controls are always very flexible and provide maximum tuning to ensure systems are tailored to the application. I can assure you that most of the negative reviews are from individuals who are not familiar with working on specialized HVAC equipment.
Tech support is almost non existent. If they called you back - you would be lucky. If they had meaningful or experienced guidance or data about their own products that they brought to market that would be another story. With products like these, that "support" team is a department that would need to shine. Unfortunately I do not see this brand being a key market player. My opinion with such dealings leads me to the conclusion - I would not recommend, nor would I waste my own money with this company.
