Had a terrible experience with this place. We took an IPad to get the screen fixed and the gentleman said it would be ready the following week. The following week he then texted me that it would be ready the following Monday and that they “had an unexpected closeout” and would help with a reimbursement. He gave no other details. Stay away, they will take your money and not repair your screen
SCAMMERS. I went for repair to my phone screen on a Monday, they had me prepay but that they needed to order one and it should be overnight but Wednesday afternoon for sure. When I followed up on Thurs was told it was now expected between 3-4pm that day. I explained we were having my dad's vigil at 5pm with the funeral/services/reception all day Friday and was leaving Sunday. When I went Saturday, I was told the screen for my phone didn't actually work but it was an issue with the screen not my phone. Offered me a refund or ... read more
