I will start my review by saying "Professionalism at it's best!" I sent an inquiry and received an immediate response from a representative. Actually, each time I sent an email, I would immediately receive a reply. Excellent! This showed me that the company wanted my business and valued me as a customer. Artisan ice sculptures were absolutely amazing. Communication, customer service, response times, and all of the above. I was astonished by how they greatly passed my expectations. I am ordering again! My friends and family already know who to call for their ice needs. Thanks again!
Artisan is amazing! They are professional and family oriented! Perfect for events with children or any kind of celebration. Had them for my daughters birthday party and they made a beautiful butterfly and followed it up a couple months later for my moms birthday by the beach with a beautiful sail boat! Highly recommend their services and they have an amazing family oriented staff!
Stunned by the talent at AIS! Beautiful pieces that are perfect for any special occasion - even saw a crazy seafood tower they did for the Wells Fargo Championship!
