I can’t begin to say enough about how much I appreciate this salon, Cindy, and the people she trains and work there. I have NEVER left dissatisfied. I have been going to Cindy for over twelve years. Her passion for hair and doing it right is beyond measure. I’m forever grateful for her, her team, and the way she runs her salon.

Cindy at ICE Salon is amazing. I had been struggling for a few years to find someone who actually could cut and style my hair, and I went to Cindy on a friend’s recommendation. She’s fantastic! The salon is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the service on time. Cindy took the time to look at my hair, discuss what I wanted and then did a fantastic job. Ice Salon owner Cindy is the best stylist I have ever encountered. She is an expert in cutting and styling hair along with color and extensions. I have received more compliments since she started doing my hair about 2 months ago. Her salon and other stylists are super professional and fun too. I went here to get my hair cut two weeks ago on March 12th for the second time, the first time was good because she did what I wanted. I asked the hairstylist,Ms. Cindy, to only trim the ends of my layers and nothing else which she did the first time with no problem. This time, I noticed that she was dragging the scissors down the length of my hair. 5 Stars - The owner Cindy's dedication to hair, you can tell she takes pride in the work she delivered, and she's genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. 2 Stars - There's disconnection between what I wanted and how it turned out; I prefer natural subtle hair color, I focus more on the quality of hair than longevity of the color; however, I spent a very long time at the salon and the hair got really bleached out, even after 6-8 weeks, my hair is still pretty damaged, I have to spend way more effort taking care of them, using c... read more
