Do not cater to children with special needs - rude to child who do not understand or have comprehension issues. They have no patients and just want to make money- don't care about kids at all. My grandson has Apraxia but they did not care - wanted him to leave because they could not understand what he was saying then made fun of the way he talked. Just disgusting - obvious no sensitivity training or attempt to understand. To top it off they made my daughter feel inferior and belittled her for not "controlling" her son.
Awesome time with my little man
Staff is very nice and are troopers to deal with the decibels this place creates day in and out. They deserve a raise. Came here for a birthday party and actually thought about using it myself for my son's as they take care of a lot of the logistics for you and if you're a parent you know any help herding screaming kids is helpful.
Very good for an active toddler! The toddler area was a fun area when my son needed to slow down for a bit, and the main play area was great! Lots of areas for him to play, run around, with a lot of variety. I could follow where he was at all times without having to climb up there with him, which took a lot of the stress off. Note: for parents planning on going, there are a lot of coin operated machines in addition to the play areas, so bringing a few loonies (I believe) might not be a bad idea, but not necessary, as kids lo... read more
