These people are thieves and scam artists. I called to get my ice machine repaired. A person named mike answered the phone and sent a technician over to my restaurant. Without giving me a quote the technician fixed the machine and had mike who you only deal with over the phone do the dirty work. He tried to charge me $1,275 and since the machine was temporarily fixed you feel obliged to pay. I haggled and brought their price down. Mike also said the price comes with a 2-year warranty. I called this company to repair my ice machine. First, I had to call them 3 times before they showed. Their technician told me the cost which was very high. I had no choice but to Get it fix. They completed the job and literally the ice machine worked for 30 mins and stop working again. By then they were gone. Day after I called them about 10 times and all they said was someone is going to reach out to me and no one ever did. I suggest not to call them and save your self all the trouble I went thru.
