They just left my house! I will be recommending Ice Kold Air Conditioning Refrigeration & Heating to everyone I know. My Central Air wasn't working so I called them for a service/repair. The woman I spoke with on the phone was much more helpful that any of the other companies I called and was incredibly knowledgeable to boot..There where able to come same day. I called Ice Kold to service my two central a/c's in my two family home. I was offered a appointment for the next day which didn't work for me, but the woman that answers the phone worked with my schedule. The technician arrived on time and completed both services in less than an hour. What I really liked about Ice Kold Is they charged 1 price for the service and that price INCLUDED the freon! I was very happy with both the service and price at Ice Kold and would recommend them to anyone in need of a/c service.

I was very pleased with the service call from Ice Kold. My technician's name was Jim and he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was afraid my air conditioners would have to be taken out for service but they were done right in my home. In less than an hour both of my air conditioners were back in action. The day before I called Ice Kold I was left waiting for 6 hours for a house call from another company and when he finally came he told me he doesn't service my type of air conditioner.
