Dale and Ice King have been consistently responsive and fair over the last two years! I have two systems at my house and they’ve been awesome at troubleshooting and offering me options. Would highly recommend!
Bought mini split 11/21. Now they won’t service the unit. Moreover, Dale told employees not to return calls for service or even talk to me. Bad installation, worse service, hiding from calls. $3k+ out of pocket and a broken mini split. Edit: Dale the owner called me after this review to curse me out and confirmed he won’t try to fix the unit. Formal company response below is disingenuous.
Our HVAC replacement project was handled exceptionally well by Ice King. Their punctuality, efficient work ethic, and reasonable pricing demonstrated their expertise in the field. I highly recommend their services and will gladly utilize them again in the future.
