Nice condos. Surrounding neighborhood isn't very good.
Modern 3 story townhomes with gated entry off Myrtle St. Included amenities seem on par or better than what other builders offer; solar (own vs having to lease or install later), quartz countertops, stainless appliances, NEST thermostat etc.
Hands down, the best homes in the area. Well thought out floor plans!
