My intent is for this review is to provide an honest evaluation of my experience living on the property. Management: There is a larger parent group than owns the building. That said, I found management who were on the property to be friendly and generally helpful. My maintenance requests were consistently handled expeditiously. Arianna is great. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Customer service was outstanding.
Stopped in to view the Ice House Apts. Met the lovely Arianna in the office for a tour !! Experienced and knowledge is what I was gifted by her tour ! Apartments are heart of the area with so many amenities ! Arianna was very familiar with the downtown area and expressed so many options to do and experience. We are looking to move at some point and the Ice House is top tier. Thank you Arianna for a wonderful experience !!
Honestly, Arianna was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the units that were up for rent and the amenities included. She was so kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process even though I just came in to see my options! I let her know that my lease wasn’t ending until mid july and she still didn’t hesitate to give me amazing service. Her willingness to help honestly made my decision of where I would like to live next a whole lot easier.
Staff are great, and the building is clean overall. But there are two major problems I’ve had since moving in. 1. They do not have enough parking. I’ve been on a ‘waitlist’ for 3 months to get a parking spot in the building. 2. The floors are thin, I can hear every single footstep from my upstairs neighbor. If you have a neighbor who paces a lot, it will drive you crazy.
