Staff are great, and the building is clean overall. But there are two major problems I’ve had since moving in. 1. They do not have enough parking. I’ve been on a ‘waitlist’ for 3 months to get a parking spot in the building. 2. The floors are thin, I can hear every single footstep from my upstairs neighbor. If you have a neighbor who paces a lot, it will drive you crazy.

I've had such a fantastic experience living at Ice House Midtown! First off, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. From the leasing team to management, everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Especially Yoana, she always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and supported. I can’t say enough good things about the top notch experience we’ve had leasing at Ice House Midtown, particularly the customer-centric, detailed assistance of Yoana Herrera. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I would give it. The location is idyllic too-steps away from anything anyone needs-awesome coffee shop, Safeway, a brewery, winery, quick burger, healthy salad, or farm to table sit down meal. Highly recommend Ice House to anyone looking to rent in the area.

One of the best apartment experiences I’ve had with how modern it is, the available amenities, and the location for the price. The apartments are very well insulated against heat, which matters on those 100+ degrees days and electric bills. The gym is a bit small and the parking permit price is not ideal, but otherwise it has been nice living here.

BLVD who own this building is a predatory company. They will do everything in their power to avoid helping tenants with disabilities. The elevator breaks, packages get lost, no one helps. Avoid this place and its poor management.
