Avoid this company at all costs!! Would give zero stars if I could since the only experience we’ve had with them is when they canceled our pre booked reservation for our group of 15 only an hour before we were supposed to leave with zero explanation or apology! This makes it impossible to find another transport option last minute on a busy weekend. They are so unprofessional, extremely unreliable and seem to have zero customer service. Travelled to Manchester VT for a wedding with my family. We couldn’t get an Uber or a taxi at all in the area. After calling several car services, we called Ice House Limo the day of the wedding and they accommodated us immediately. All 11 of us were able to get a sprinter van to & from the wedding for an affordable price. We could not have been more grateful that my family and I were able to enjoy the wedding without the worry of driving in the dark streets of Vermont. Highly highly recommend this service. They were early picking us up, were super responsive and were very professional. Perfect for big groups on a night out. Shout out to Matt being great and letting us the Aux cord!!!
