I built my home in 2019 not knowing Clinton was in the heating an cooling business. Fast forward to July of 2024 I came home from work and my house was 85 degrees and a/c was out. I contacted Artic heating and cooling which my contractor used when our home was built. ( I assumed I would have to use them due to warranty issues.) Ice Heat and Air came out within two hours of my call, were awesome to deal with, and fixed our problem in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable fee, especially considering it is Saturday. I highly recommend Ice Heat and Air.

Our air quit working at 8:00 pm on a Friday night. I got a hold of Clinton and he came right out. By 9:30 he had the air fixed and has a happy customer. If you need fast service give Clinton at Ice Heat and Air a call.
The proprietor has definitely had a well earned surge in business between my first & second house call. He is timely, professional, personable, & reasonably priced.
