Dirty. I made a $20 donation and left without getting our ice cream. It was filthy, and what was behind the counter was 10x worse. Under that sign is just full of bugs. The floor was sticky, crumbs and mess everywhere. Not a single table was clean. I get a busy day, but no. Just no. Way too expensive for what you are getting. Don’t bother.
Good service, interesting white cartoon like decor
Extremely disappointing customer experience. We spent over $40 on ice cream here, only to be told there was no restroom available for paying customers. What made it worse was their suggested solution: go around the corner and use the restroom at Potbelly, where we weren’t customers. Apparently another business is expected to provide a basic accommodation for Ice Cream Bae’s paying customers. If you’re going to welcome customers in and charge premium prices, telling them to walk into another restaurant to use their facilities... read more
