I started going to this store about 7 years ago after moving to Florida. The manager at the time was a gentleman named Ryan, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. One time I had gone there and realized Ryan had been transferred out of state. I continued going to this service center because it was near me and I THOUGHT that they did a good job. I had the same problem as TRIPLE J....... Rack and Pinion steering, They charged me 400 or 500 to fix the PROOBLEM. Next day same noise, same problem trying to steering the car. Bro... read more
These guys are not someone you would want to do business with, they charge for alignments ($49.95) without changing any of the alignment settings but still charge for setting up the alignment machine. I left the management several voice messages and received no reply. I give them minus 5 stars!
Just to let u know I left with a smiley face and everybody that I saw to pick up there auto did also
A previous problem was handled with respect and courtesy. Also all future repairs needed were written on bill + explained in detail - a nice extra
This is the worst mechanics I've ever been to (and my brother is a mechanic in another state and can't believe the service we got here). I took my truck in because it was making a groaning noise when it turned. The first time I went the mechanic said its the Rack N Pinion steering and charged me $562 to replace that. When I picked it up I drove it and it was making the same noise so I took it back in and spoke with the manager.
