SEVERE PRICE GOUGING - Called Prince on a Saturday morning during a heat wave as our air conditioning stopped cooling. I googled and saw 4-star reviews, saw he was close. He showed up took the part (run capacitor) out then gave me a price of $450 + $180 because he came out. I asked him why so high and he said the labor. I thought about calling another HVAC specialist but I would already have to pay him $180 for coming out and I had my 4 yr-olds in the house which was now at 90 degrees.
