ICE has been a life changer for me. There’s a top tier coaching staff, a variety of fun workouts and a group of friends that have become family. At ICE I feel welcomed and challenged every day!
I practice martial arts with a sword and shield made of plastic. It does not even look like real weapons as the color of it is yellow and black. I do a sort of cosplay and I do it out doors. I explained to them that other than coming in and out the premises with it that it would be in the locker and I am only using the gym for lifting and I would only do empty handed karate and stretching in the aerobics room.
