On more then one occasion a driver on hwy 59 drives way over the speed limit, weaves in and out of traffic, and has been seen on his cell phone. The work truck has the business name all over it, you would think he would drive with some respect. Hwys were awful and I guess he was late to work, hopefully someone reprimands him. Last three number of the plate 737
