I called them last week, i have 25 year old unit, they suggested to change it. Price was fair and they replaced bot heating and air conditioning in 2 days. everything is working now and i have 5 year warranty from Ice Age
All I can say is what a fantastic company Ice Age is. After waking up I realized my home seems warmer than normal. After looking at the thermostat I went outside and noticed my outside unit was not on. Knowing that we are going to have 3 straight days of 90 degree weather I started to panic because we have a child with an asthma condition. Called up ice age talked to some guy John who seemed to have a bit of a attitude when I was explaing my situation with my furance I still decided to go through with it anyway. Had a technican come by look at my furance name was Jason took him over 2 hours to figure out the problem and charged me over 400 dollars. It seemed to be a pretty simple fix and he suggested all these differnt things that I needed to buy or put in my system like electric strip heaters and expensive thermostats .
