Amazing experience! Went in to get my ears pierced and she was very accommodating and gave me a piercing for free! Would recommend!
I brought some broken necklaces in to be fixed and they were all fixed and polished - looking better than ever! I had to replace a chain on one necklace and with Virginia and Varda’s expertise we chose a new chain which brings out the sparkle in my necklace all the more. My next adventure with Varda will be to design a piece of jewelry using the broken baby bracelets from my daughter, mom and me to make something unique.

I've been a customer for several years and have high confidence and great trust in the owner's design sense and attention to quality. I'm glad I listened to her advice as I couldn't be happier with the re-design of my necklace! The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful and I always enjoy working with them.
After looking for many years throughout New York City as well as many other cities I finally came full circle and decided to shop at ICD located in my own home town of Chappaqua where Varda had the perfectly unique ring I had long been looking for to find!
