I switched to ICCU after being with Bank of America for a long time, and I’m genuinely so happy I made the change. Every interaction I’ve had with ICCU has been fantastic — everyone has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. I'm missing a $1000 from my bank I have not used online banking in years so I'm not sure how to confirm you either aloud the hotel I'm staying at to overcharge me or the police robbed me once again it's the same either way because Spokane Police department aloud the hotel tikie louge to overcharge me

miserable ebanking experience. Update: In response to the owner below, I have formally submitted feedback and for public visibility and transparency, I have also copied my comments below. March 8 2026 -- The whole customer onboarding experience was very poor. No where could I find my account number. The only paper I signed at the dealership agreeing to ICCU loan terms didn't have any account information on it since the account wasn't created. I’ve called several times at 6:00 pm and no one answers the phone. They’re supposed to be open until 7:00 pm to speak with a representative. Then, when I finally get someone to answer and ask for someone who speaks Spanish, they transfer me to a dead line where no one answers. They used to provide good service, but not anymore. I’m thinking of refinancing my car with another bank and never financing with them again because of their terrible service. They can't cancel a pending charge even though the account balance is already negative. Where does the money come from to pay the pending charge? Apparently they will pay it and charge an$24 fee. I feel it's difficult to rely on the account balance. It makes it look like you have money but in reality it's already taken by the pending charges. So I spent the money the account balance had and it put me in negative balance. There's still 2 more pending charges. I called and they can't cancel pending charges even though the acco... read more
