I’ve had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the staff at this location, particularly when I’ve sat down with someone to discuss my accounts. I’ve gone twice recently, and I was with Jessica, then Nathan a few days later. I came to Jessica with some different questions about my accounts, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly! Absolutely ridiculous experience at ICCU. We had to go to two different branches just to try to get help, and even then there was basically no real in-person customer service. You wait in line for a teller, only to be sat in front of an iPad where you wait forever for someone to answer a video call. When someone finally picked up, the employee was extremely unprofessional with stained t-shirt, chain hanging out, smacking gum, mumbling through the conversation, and acting like helping us was an inconvenience. Best banking experience probably ever Fast effcient, VERY FRIENDLY, and genuinely want to help. Moved funds from major National Bank three years ago after 40 years with them . Best choice i could have made,!! ( Think Stagecoach)
