I literally joined this bank because it was supposed to be one of the best in idaho. The burley branch has been a nightmare. My banker who opened account provided me with the wrong date for the release of my initial deposit. 3 days turned to 4. She wouldn't even talk with me when I went in branch. She provided 0 info about my checking or saving accounts get opened both quickly. I was very loyal ICCU customer for many years but their loyalty to their customers ended in 2020. I understand the need for tighter regulations with all the scamming that went on 2020 and Beyond but I had a loyal clean credit record with them I financed multiple Vehicles there and when I went in to try and finance 2,000 on a 4000 vehicle they shot me down even though that vehicle had been financed there before just needed a couple dollars to take care of a purchase and would have paid it off faster than the requirements but ... read more
