I've been with ICCU for many years. I have always promoted them, they are a great place to bank. It goes to show that having a great manager at any buisness, flows down through the staff. I had an issue at this branch, and went and sat down with the manager Jessica, and was very impressed with her attention to what I was saying, addressing and resolving the issue, and also adding an additional feature to my account for future security.
