Dennis was awesome! Helped us open multiple accounts, the process was extremely smooth and quick. Answered all of our questions, and made it a great experience.
Great service
Absolutely ridiculous experience at ICCU. We had to go to two different branches just to try to get help, and even then there was basically no real in-person customer service. You wait in line for a teller, only to be sat in front of an iPad where you wait forever for someone to answer a video call. When someone finally picked up, the employee was extremely unprofessional with stained t-shirt, chain hanging out, smacking gum, mumbling through the conversation, and acting like helping us was an inconvenience. They’re fine for just a bank account but if you’re trying to get any loans for property or homes or equipment or anything for your business, they’re completely useless. There’s nobody in their branch. They just give you a phone number to call.
