I'm a student here to open an account. I arrived quite late, and by the time it was my turn, it was already past the officers' working hours. However, they still helped me handle the business with a very good attitude. It was a great experience!
这个银行的评价具备两极分化，一般是无需等待的。员工按部就班工作值得点赞，问题是制度性的。材料齐全能排队开户无需预约，但需要公民/绿卡/学生签+社安卡+id+(其他证明材料如其他银行的卡)，无证移民不能办。美国均采用的是卡账户分离模式，不能立刻办出卡，需要等邮寄。工银美国是独立结算的，账户内的钱可以无手续费与中国账户互汇(通过手机银行)。但并不是直接同一个账户!!有人也奇怪银行经理让他填表，填完表也不说话硬等。填完表要主动和工作人员说呀。这么害羞说人服务态度差？？或许是思维模式问题，中国都是统一填表填完了交表，这里往往都是一对一排队导致美国人难以理解。
