Unfortunately, my experience with Benton Chan at ICBC has been extremely disappointing. He is unresponsive — often ignoring emails for weeks, sometimes even for a whole month. He rarely answers phone calls or replies to voicemails. Payments are frequently delayed, which causes serious problems for us in managing our monthly bills. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from someone in such an important role. By far the worst experience I’ve had with an ICBC representative.
I've been driving for 40 years in about 20 countries. I've never had an accident, and now I've failed my driving test twice in Vancouver. 😭
