Very bad experience with ICBC claims overall, when you assign a case worker on a claim, its him/her duty to communicate withe customer, the worker i was assigned to work with had only called me once to explain the process, my car is not picked yet by their towing service and im getting by law tickets, customer care not so helpful, very bad service experience with icbc.
I’ve had a very bad experience with my ICBC adjuster, Joshua Wong. He ignored my emails and calls from late July to mid-August. I was told different things over the phone vs in writing. I asked many times if certain rental cars meet the requirements. He never confirmed. Because of delays, I couldn’t work for weeks. I feel this is unfair treatment and lack of professional service.
