Went in to tell them I crashed my car on the highway out of lake Cowichan almost two years ago and they told me I need proof! police file and two pieces of the license plate I lost the license plates got the police file number and it still wasn’t enough and they currently are still having me insured this is a scam for low income and low intelligence peoples. Two months ago, someone hit my car and run away while he was trying to take left, I have complained to the police and filed claims with ICBC. They called towing company I was told an adjustor would contact me within 5 days, As she did, after that she disappeared but it's been 2 months now, not replying to my emails and call. *Despite more than 50 calls and emails, I still haven’t been able to reach the adjustor* My car is my only mode of transportation, . Really great customer service. I was there just about to go in, and one of the workers was just about to go on break. She's like, what are you doing? I'm like, I'm here for this. She said oh okay. I'll come and help she parked here, and car walk me through the whole thing, so yeah, she was great.!!
