I am autistic, I wanted to attend with my partner for support as last time I had and implant out it was really painful and uncomfortable. I took him with me as my carer but he was refused entry into the room with a door shut in his face no matter what I said. If I knew it was like this at the icash I would have got my implant done at my gp again. No respect for the patient, she said there was no room whilst clearly visible a couple of spare chairs in the nurses room

Excellent service from a friendly and professional staff. Yes, initially getting an appointment can be tricky, but go to the clinic during their opening times and they’re always very happy to help! Thank you!

Can only say positive things about iCaSh Peterborough. Every time I have called them, either in the morning or the afternoon, someone always picked up and helped me to set up appointments. Never had to wait longer than two weeks for one either. Usually get one the same week and even on a Saturday which is great when it's hard to make work adjustments. Impossible to get a hold of them, either busy, can’t pick up or there is a massive queue. I had called over a month ago to book an appointment to get my implant removed and they said they would call me back and they still haven’t called me and when I try to call them they don’t pick up. I can’t live another day with the implant in me since it’s literally ruining my life and my body and they honestly just don’t care.
