I have 3 cars on my account and every time I go there they can never get the right wash package correct. The have to scan their phone in order to get me in and its always a basic wash even though I have graphite ceramic on my new car. I will be leaving and taking all 3 cars to another service.
I signed up on Clean Car Wash website for a “free Graphene” wash and when I arrived, I clicked redeem and showed the worker my barcode. He scanned his phone and I received a basic wash which did not do a good job at all.
Great customer service, very clean and professional staff.
