While the car we bought is nice and fair priced, we have not had a great experience with call backs and communication. We were told the warranty covers “everything safety related” but when I questioned the squeaky brakes was told they weren’t covered. Brakes are not safety? The shop they use for maintenance never looked at the items we asked them to check but said they had. The car had never been touched by them as told by the mechanics there. When I bought the they were all nice. I’m not a mechanic so when it did not pass inspection because of ball joint I got in touch with the person who sold it to me ask about the car being towed. He got down right insulting and told me to drive it to Brockton, Ma. That is almost an hour ride one way for me to drive. On a Friday he told me I could bring it wed at 9am. Very honest and kind people, it’s a small family owned business with a great variety of cars.
Usually the car shopping experience is unpleasant but the staff here are very kind and welcoming
Incredibly rude owner and employees, over a minor price discrepancy. Avoid.
