You get what you pay for. Cheaper prices mean problems with the cars. Already put in close to 5,000 in to my car I’ve had for 2 months. Customer service is horrible after you purchase. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Great customer service and has a variety of vehicles for everyone. Purchased my Miata threw them haven’t had any issues. Thank you Samantha for all your help.

On August 23, 2024, I went to Icars to buy a Mercedes-Benz GLA 250. After the test drive, they needed to fix some things, so we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car on August 30. I put down $1,000. When I came back on August 30, they hadn’t fixed the car. They asked me to come back on September 6. I told them I no longer wanted to make the deal and asked for my $1,000 back. They told me the money was non-refundable. They didn’t fix the car on time, and I didn’t take delivery, but they kept my money. Icars is a scam.

URGENR !!!! bought a camro ss 2015 for 17 off the lot THE REPAIRS NEEDED AFTER 20 MIN OF DRIVING “THIS PERFECT CONDITION CAR WERE 20K”, the motor was burned front to back Trans,fuel pump,Throttle etc it was a MESS when requesting helped they refused service accused me of beating the car up as I drove home, hung up on me, cursed me out and blamed the other dealer who showed me the damage for lying.
