My iPhone battery was low and I was leaving for a trip. Called Icare today and Mark said if you come over now I can replace your battery right away. He did it very quickly and efficiently and also had some other great tips. Bonus is I purchased some cards while I waited. Wonderful service, knowledgeable and efficient. Five+ stars!
I called this morning October 19th and spoke with the gentleman working. Said he could look at my phone and just stop in anytime. I arrived and Mark looked at my phone and determined the problem was easily fixable, performed the proper maintenance, and had me out fast. I returned today because I was pleased the last time I went and job that got done. Definitely will return again if my phones take a dump. Thanks Mark!
I've been to iCare a couple of times for repairs on my phone and Kindle, and have had great service each time. The prices are reasonable, and I appreciate that they contact you when a part they ordered is in or when your device is ready to pick up (they both called and emailed). Great place, go here!
