Great eye doctors... Terrible front end staff. They bounce you around like a yoyo. If you like sitting in the waiting room for an hour appointment and get bushed under the rug this place is for you. I spent $100 in the past when this place used to be worth it. I will never comeback ... Ever ... Lost my business for good .... Walmart makes this place look like chicken scratch .... I use to love going here but after getting my glasses that I was never able to use after taking them back to have fixed like 4 times. They repeated my exam but nothing changed there. It was annoying and frustrating. They still couldn't get them corrected and I had to stop using them.
I'm new to the area and not a customer (yet). I fell and bent my glasses and they kindly repaired them for free. Unexpected and appreciated!
I came here with my 4-year daughter for an eye check and will never come back. The front desk staff are terrible here and I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Dr. Franko was great and super friendly and helpful, but her two staff I saw had the worst attitude and we extremely rude and disrespectful. I waited for a while since I was early and they talked negatively about every person who called after hanging up with them.
