If you love waiting, and waiting and waiting, this is the best place to go. If you have to order contacts, plan on waiting at least an hour more to talk to the one guy in optics who can’t help you. You can go in again, if they call you back…still waiting
I have been a patient at iCare for 30 years since I was a child. Unfortunately, the change in ownership last year has introduced systems that slow all the processes down. Each time I’ve come to pick up glasses or contacts after an appointment, I have had to wait at least 45 min to an hour just to be seen by the optical center. I do not like the new changes here. We have been using this eye care for many years. Now my wife and I cannot take our appointments together which is helpful for us. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and had no intention of explaining their process changes and just expected us to know what changed. Thought I was at the BMV. Next! Also, they now do not put prices on their frames which makes budgeting more difficult. Great eye doctors... Terrible front end staff. They bounce you around like a yoyo. If you like sitting in the waiting room for an hour appointment and get bushed under the rug this place is for you. I spent $100 in the past when this place used to be worth it. I will never comeback ... Ever ... Lost my business for good .... Walmart makes this place look like chicken scratch ....
