I have been going to iCare since I was a child. Now my children are patients there too. We have always had great experiences with everyone at iCare. They also have the best glasses selection!
Very nice and explained in detail.
I started going here a year ago so this is my second time there for my yearly visit. I have seen them for an emergency as well. The doctor explains everything and is so friendly. The staff is as well. They changed my prescription and found issues I was unaware of. I see better and am able to stay ahead of my eye problems.
The men and women at the mount vernon office have been great at helping their customers find the right fit be it glasses or contacts. I can't say thank you enough for all the help Sabrina has given me.
I would highly recommend iCare Vision Center. They were so nice and welcoming. They addressed all our concerns. The paperwork was all done online which was so convenient to be able to autofill all the documents. Best of all, as new patients, when I called to schedule they were happy to help us. The receptionist was so cheerful. Loved the whole experience!
