I do not like the new changes here. We have been using this eye care for many years. Now my wife and I cannot take our appointments together which is helpful for us. The front desk staff was not friendly at all and had no intention of explaining their process changes and just expected us to know what changed. Thought I was at the BMV. Next! Also, they now do not put prices on their frames which makes budgeting more difficult. I use to love going here but after getting my glasses that I was never able to use after taking them back to have fixed like 4 times. They repeated my exam but nothing changed there. It was annoying and frustrating. They still couldn't get them corrected and I had to stop using them.
I'm new to the area and not a customer (yet). I fell and bent my glasses and they kindly repaired them for free. Unexpected and appreciated!
I came here with my 4-year daughter for an eye check and will never come back. The front desk staff are terrible here and I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. Dr. Franko was great and super friendly and helpful, but her two staff I saw had the worst attitude and we extremely rude and disrespectful.
