Quick service, pleasant employee
Went to icare to have a tick removed because I wasnt confident in getting the whole thing out. They half removed it (still had a piece in me) and charged the insurance $595. Ridiculous. They did not even send the tick away for testing. Staff also didn't seem very knowledgeable about the situation.
My son was having leg spasms and extremely leg cramps. Told him to icare and they refused service to my son because they said my husband had a previous bill. They denied a minor who was in extreme pain. I will never go back or recommend them. They are awful staff 😡
