Almost hit 2 different cars in the span of 2 minutes- cut in front of a semi truck on the freeway almost causing an absolutely horrible accident. Edit- there was an icare car in oregon i dont know why not my problem still not cool.
My husband was badly injured. After his hospital stay he was sent to South River Rehab in Mayo. During his stay in the rehab he had two medical appointments which required him to use a transportation service. The expensive provider was ICare Medical Transportation. The costs were high but I didn’t feel like I had any choice. The drivers arrived in plenty of time to make his appointments on time. However, the pick up service was Totally unexceptionable!! Update to my review below: Increasing my rating from 1 star to 3. ICare was on time for the funeral. The driver was professional and helpful. He followed our instructions precisely, which made the day stress free. The company refunded us for the trip the day before, which we appreciate. Yes, our father didn't know the drama that took place nor should he. He's the patient. I do want to clarify one thing. The drivers we encountered wirh this company were very nice, professional, caring and apologetic for the company's misses. ... read more
