I hired ICare to transport my husband to a doctor’s appointment. We arrived at the docs with time to spare and they were flexible when we ran over the departure time by a half hour. Our driver, Brittney Price, was friendly, professional and communicated all the information we needed to know. She made the ordeal easier. The only downside was the wheelchair was missing foot rests. We coped.
This place is terrible. Omar was mad disrespectful to my mother, and he smelled like straight cigarettes with cheap cologne. I do not know who they got hiring people over there, but this was not it. My mother is a patient. The bare minimum should be respect, patience, and knowing how to do your job. Omar looked nervous the whole time, like he did not know how to work the equipment or what he was doing. Horrible customer service they left me on hold for 45 min
This company has an active law suit open being sued by a patient. It is on Maryland case search and confirmed by my attorney . If you care about your love ones health and safety you will not use this company . I legally can’t disclose more until my legal situation is handled but do not use !!!!! Also just google ICare lawsuit and it will show up if you want to verify .
I will never use them , the grew came into the hospital to transport my mom home and the lit the whole hospital up with the smell of weed. The hospital canceled the ride and asked them to leave. First impressions mean a lot and they failed….sad thing about it the hospital call back foe another crew😡
