My husband Ian Metcalfe has been with Icare for nearly nine years or more The beauty of it ,is that he is given the same carer Moh Dar each visit .My husband had a stroke and he will not have any other carer. Moh is very patience ,friendly and kind carer, My husband get along with Moh and looks forward to his visits, Moh is so kind, he helps in anyway even with the family if he can We value Icare for his understanding and care to his clients, That is why we are still with Icare, Well done to Moh too,

I think I-Care is a very good service provider. Very good communication and flexibility. Very professional and caring. I have used the agency for my two sons and I have been very happy especially with Mahi which is very friendly and not judgmental so my sons feel respected and well cared and I trust him a lot. Always very flexible and hard working. Also Atif, a manager, is very professional, always trying to help with flexibility and service. I also get good customer service from Harry. Thank you I-Care.
