Long story short. Had a Motorola phone that had a failing battery. Ordered a new one on line thinking it's an easy fix. I was so wrong. They took my phone and installed my battery the same day. Thanks guys!
Would give zero stars if possible brought my system to I care about 12 months ago system (ROG laptop equipped with an i7 16 GB of RAM and a GTX 1060)was not functioning on battery power was told it was a battery then was told it was a battery management chip then was told it was board level problems about 12 months after bringing the system to them. They have had our system for over 12 months and it is still not repaired they are rude to us. They lied to us and they have not even begun to Make repair on the original problem
