Honest, amazing guy who helped me. Originally paid to have my screen, back glass and battery replaced and he later told me the battery was unnecessary and refunded that money back. I've had a problem with other repair places putting an LCD screen in instead of the original OLED and these guys did not disappoint in that way. Highly recommend, very affordable and HONEST people. 10/10
Went here to get my battery replaced a month ago and paid a lot of money so I thought it would be fixed right and was glad they were able to get it done quickly. Fast forward to now when I had to go to get my phone fixed at a different place because it completely shut down and wouldn’t turn on. They told me whoever replaced my battery didn’t put the screws back on which led to me having to get it fixed today. I’m so disappointed that I spent all of that money just to have to get it fixed again because of their mistake.
I'm leaving this review in hopes of finally hearing from the owner of this company. My daughters ipad has been with the company since October 25th. Here is an email I sent explaining my experience. The battery on my Moto Edge+ 5GUW decided to start puffing up big time, then would recede, but that constant expansion cracked the plastic case open. My cell carrier wouldn't help me with this issue. But when i read the positive reviews about i Care Repair Howell, i knew my problems would quickly be solved with no need to get a new phone!
