The management are not nice and not honest, if you app have problem and you can’t get the client to sign on the phone, you won’t get pay for the day even though you notified them the problem
So I am In Georgia and My UMI (Mom) is in New Jersey I'm am very Grateful that iCares' Rhina And ReRe is there to help her when I cannot be I really appreciate it. I also spoke to Mary who put my concerns at ease and helped me go over a plan with everything my Umi needs and I am thankful for that I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs Assistance for their love ones..
