This is my first visit to the office and I am very pleased because the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Chang is awesome, he is very knowledgeable and friendly
The office staff is very inviting, I was running a couple minutes late and was able to text them to let them know. Hannah was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and she was fantastic as was Dr Chang. I really appreciate him walking me through my X-rays and explaining what he saw.
I've been going to iCare for many years and they are great. I recently broke a tooth and within 2 hours they had me in and fixed it the same day. Dr. Chang and his staff are attentive, kind, and dont make you feel rushed.
This has been my FIRST positive dental experience in life! Ultimately, Dr. Chang really just knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t push anything extra and makes recommendations with your insurance in mind (as in what maximum care he can do without charging you out of pocket). The front desk staff is always welcoming and the assistants and hygienists are all so incredibly kind. You always leave with your little dental goody bag and I’m never dreading my checkups.
