I've had to take my glasses back twice because of scratches in the lenses and the wrong prescription. I've been waiting for 2 weeks and still do not have the glasses I paid for. The first time the glasses were returned I was told a rush would be out to get glasses back to me and that didn't happen.
None necessary...mr. Chris is polite...i love this place
