I had a very frustrating experience at this place. Before receiving treatment, I asked what my insurance would cover and what my expected copay or out-of-pocket cost would be. Instead of providing any estimate or explaining the billing process, I was essentially told to receive the care first and worry about the bill later. Ended up just having to walk out and not receive treatment at all.
The nurses and doctor were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They coordinated with the hospital to eliminate any delay in getting treatment. Very glad I went to iCare ER forst
