I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this standalone ER and would strongly caution others to think carefully before choosing this facility for emergency care. My concerns go far beyond a single unpleasant interaction. I experienced what I felt was a dismissive and skeptical attitude toward people seeking treatment for legitimate injuries and medical concerns. I’ve been here a handful of times including one scary late-night visit with my 1 year old who was having trouble breathing. They were so on top of it and took his care very seriously. They are always compassionate and seem like they genuinely want to help. I’m really thankful they are right down the road!
