I showed up with a very simple finger laceration, they said yes we can take care of that, I get checked in , long process and I have to take my own copies of my own insurance on your phone with in my case one hand, get back to a room , they decide all the" ifs" and "buts" they probably shouldn't do it. I'm now being charged unreasonably at an ER for something THEY should have done. I’d like to start at the front and work my way back! First off, the front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. Then, the MA—he was beyond friendly, kind, and compassionate. He is truly amazing at what he does, and I’m truly grateful for his care. As for the doctor—he was all of the above, but most importantly, he excels at something many doctors lack: listening. Had a massive migraine super close to closing time they helped my husband with paperwork got me back as soon as they could to get me the shots. Turned off the lights as soon as they could and let me chill for a bit. Thank yall so much. I am feeling so much better!!! Hopefully having the surgery to help very soon!!
