Professional and knowledgeable staff. It was a kind and welcoming experience when I wasn't sure what was going on with my ear. I didn't know if I had got a rubber backing of an earring stuck in my earlobe. The doctor believed it was a cyst, he was able to numb and make an incision and had me bandaged up and walking out the door in under an hour. iCare goes above and beyond for their community. If you're unsure who to use around the Harrah/Choctaw area, they should be at the top of your list for urgent care needs.
Your staff is very professional and nice. My provider was great. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and was very nice.
NP Tina Joy is unprofessional. I came in for routine UTI... She criticised me for searching google and web md to help identify if a UTI could occur while using amoxicillan (on it for strep throat), which it can... and Joy became dramatic and said I could have a prolapse saying amoxicillan should have treated a UTI.
