David & Ric sold me a new imported Toyota Fielder Japanese car which was faulty, the car’s charger was not working and there is a hole in car ac pipeline so it doesn’t do cooling. It costed me $1200 to fix these issues and I am still waiting for the car to be ready to drive. I drove from Wellington to Auckland to buy this car. The car was under warranty for 3 months but Ric & David hasn’t paid me any refunds for the repair. Not long after using the car I realised it was rusted , reverse camera wasn’t working well and the paint from the top is starting to peel. I rang to fix an issue regardless the staring wheel, they made me go there , they just looked at it , not even drove it and said it wasn’t an issue under the “mechanical warranty”.
